When To Order Using Z Plan

Hi Guys (especially Frantz). Some follow up questions.
What about destinations and delivery fees? Documentation fee? Possibility that the dealer might not participate in A/Z Plan?
I'm basically interested in the next level of detail to avoid surprises...which I really, really hate.
See an excerpt from my prospective dealer's site. Sounds like Ford boilerplate verbiage.
