Its a bit on the to hot side out here even in the shade, it may be because I'm working the shovel and wheelbarrow today, good thing its a small dig out. This weekend is supposed to be a lot cooler with a chance of rain later tonight and into the morning. Wound up with a bunch of poppies from this jobsite and now they're in my flower bed along with some strawberries and a few other types of plants, looks better than weeds and thistle.
Half this town is shut down due to the stampede being in town, this new neighborhood is a lot quieter than the old one as I'm far enough away from the main drag not to be bothered by the impaired people and traffic, yeehaw.
It feels pretty hot outside side out so I`m trying to put my late afternoon job into early evening. It`s hot here even in the shade.
Poppies are nice, a good thing I`m too far away or else I`d be might be tempted to raid your strawberries.
I certainly wouldn`t want to be near the stampede ground or on the main traffic route either, I`m not one for crowds.
Good morning M/S, Morris, Perry, Grant, John and wandering rascals..
We had a rain that brought the humidity up to miserable.. Spent a lot of the evening riding around in the convertible, forklift, putting up stock.. and a good chunk dancing with the backpack blower..
Good morning Steve, bummer about having to work in the rain. I would have been tempted to look for a sheet of plywood to close up the roof on the forklift. What did you use the blower for?
After a very warm and muggy day yesterday it`s a cool morning and it`s going to be very windy.
I have an inexpensive electric leaf blower at home as well Morris.. I use it mainly to blow the leaves out of the gutters.. every once in a while to blow the dirt out of the garage and patio...
