Yes, getting so that stuff is not real fun. But I love the smell of fresh cut wood and the fire in the stove on these cool nights. Trees needed to come down and I like to use everything I can on the compound.

Hey Guys! Long time I know, shame on me.... how’s everyone hanging?
Im alive, maybe.... lot going on, getting married, court battle over damage a dingleberry caused, army screwed up my pay (shocker I know), I blew out my shoulder and had to have surgery..... ummmm what else? Truck now has a leak, squeaking to boot.
I read through the last 7 or so pages..... man.... we are missing a bunch of fellas.... what happened?
Anyhows, thats enough of my complaining. I’d like to hear how y’all are hanging!

Morning Jim, Evan. We have a ton of candy left over, barely any kids showed up, and the wife bought 75 full sized candy bars. I'm going to have to bring them here to work to let the vultures eat them, so I don't!

But I can’t stand this job (cav scout) or this unit.... especially if it has destroyed one joint and is working over others and my mental health (im one of many in the same situation with varying years of service) at just over 2 years in.

Yeah, ive had a few of those too. Only one ended with stitches! I wish at this point... new leadership has made a mess of what good we had. Im ready to be done, working with the chaplain to put pressure on an administrative move so i can reclass or get on BMM (borrowed manpower, 6 month detail like gate guard or range control) and into a transition program to get technical certs while retaining my GI bill.

Howdy all. I’m gonna be having some work done to the truck soon that I don’t want to tackle myself. I’m leaning towards taking it to the local International dealer, since International made the motor, and they’d be likely to be knowledgeable about it and use quality parts. Any reason I should go to the Ford dealer instead? Labor cost is the same.
