heard these bolts were one use bolts....meaning you can't just put them back in but need to replace with new...just what i was told.

two reasons manufactures usually specify, bolts are one time use.
1. they come with thread locker already applied.
2. they are TTY (torque to yield) bolts. easily spotable by torque sequence like tighten to 40lb/ft then tighten additional 180* or something along those lines.
I would re use the first type all day on my own rigs. just apply new appropriate thread locker. The latter will always have to be replaced.
