Driver side low beam problem

I have a 99 f250 7.3. My low beam was out on drivers side. The bulb was bad but didn't fix the problem. I have aftermarket lights that I think are sub-par in quality so I suspected the light, however my plow light when plugged in has the same issue. Before I tear into the wiring I wondered if anyone has experienced this same issue. I am guessing the issue is where the plow lights tie in or ahead of that since the same problem is happening with that light also. Thanks for any ideas.

On the 99 SD, the low beams are individually fused. For the left side, check fuse F9 in the under hood fuse box. F11 is for the right side low beam.

Check for a blown fuse first.
