what is this part for
can you identify this.

Im doing a rocker replacement on both sides, and I saw this glued to the pax side wheel well ....near the front radiator frame. the ground is connected. I guess the other wire is either power or a signal and its not connected. theres a wire that connects one module to the other. one module could be a battery...the loose wire an anntena....this could be a transmitter of some type.

any gueses?

so I guess is not a lo jack or somethink like that.

so its not going back on and if the truck doesnt start Il walk the device closer to the truck to see what happens.

peel back the black cover on it and see if there are any part numbers or serial numbers that you can google

It's probably a LoJack tracking system. One would be a battery, the other the tracking device.
