Found this somewhat by accident, never noticed or paid attention to this location before, caused by this wire bundle sitting directly behind the radiator degas bottle:
Its not severe enough to warrant any repair however I did stop-gap via inserting a thin hard piece of plastic to prevent further wearing away:
Certainly not super elegant or perfect world repair but effective none the less. If you have one of these bottles next planned maintenance check this area---that is the PCM right below and behind the wire bundle.
