Transmission Temp.

I've never had a vehicle with a Transmission Temperature gauge before and was just wondering what the normal running temp. is for a 2016 F250 6.2l 6 speed transmission. Mine seems to be operating around 205 degrees F at max no load and 30 degrees outside.

That seems right, I also have a 2016 6.2L. Usually between 199 and 205. When towing in the mountains during the summer I have hit 220.

My 2016 6.2 drives around in South Florida heat and humidity and the highest I've ever seen it is 207 while pulling 5,000 pounds in stop and go traffic. normal unloaded Temps range between 196 and 201.
