Trying to identify what front axle I have so I can order the correct disc brake kit. The numbers I found are TAAK-3010-30-B 30. Don't be surprised if it comes back to a 1960 'cause it's a mix of parts. Also, would the number give any hint if it was a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton axle. The hubs have a five bolt 5x5 1/2 bolt pattern. Thanks for any help.
B8C-3010-A .. Front Axle / Marked: TAAK-3010-B / 1958/60 F100/250.
Two hours and fifteen minutes from question to answer!!!!!
YOU JUST CAN"T BEAT THAT!!!! So if the axle was the same for 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks was there any difference between the two..springs, hubs, brake size, bolt pattern etc. or was the difference all at the back of the truck?

2WD: The axle is the same 1958/60 F100/250, the spindles and king pins are the same 1957/60 F100/250, but...
The brake related parts are specific to F100 or F250. F100's have 5 lug wheels, F250's have 8.
The front springs are the same F100/250 with 6 leafs, the 7 leaf front springs are F250 only.
