Mine 2002 Limited has done that a few times also. After messing around with it for a while, it has started working again. I've recently read that if you recline the seat back all the way, it resets something in the power seat module, that will then allow it to start working. Mine has quit working since I read this, so I haven't had to try it yet. Your issue may be different since the pedals aren't working either.
I've also had issues where I thought a fuse was good, but then out of desperation after trying everything else, I've pulled the fuses out, gave the contacts a good cleaning, and then re-inserted and my circuit starts working again.
