How Much Paint?

I am refinishing an old Ford Tailgate 67-72 Style. I am going to be using PPG Shop-line Paint. My Question is how much paint should I get for two coats front and back of tailgate? I was thinking about a Quart because when I add the quart of reducer I have a half gallon of paint. Is this enough? Is this too much? Should I get a pint of each? Should I get more? Thanks in Advance!!

I use a rule of thumb of one quart of sprayable material per panel. That's one quart for a door, hood, bedside, fender, etc. By sprayable, I mean after reducer, etc. So it sounds like you did your homework and like Beechkid says, you'll be fine.
