Quick question, will AE work with Windows 10? My 10" computer that I use for AE went belly up and I had Windows 7 on it and I'm looking at another 10" tablet/laptop with USB ports that someone bought brand new still in the box for $100.
I have the older style AE Pro line cord with the seperate donggle.
Windows 10 has backwards comparability modes AE needs it. So in theory, yes it should work, and I don't believe I have had any issues with any of the programs I use. I have yet to try AE on a Windows 10 machine though.....
Can verify that AE works with Win 10. IIRC I have AE v13.x and the software works just fine.
In full disclosure, am having issues with some communications (specifically all live values like ECT, TFT, . . .) and suspect it is my laptop. Other than not reading live values, AE seems like it works normally as I can read historic codes and do things like bump the RPM and turn-off injectors.

Not sure if you are interested at all. But I got an email saying they are offering a low price upgrade on software and the VCI adapters currently. They are offering the new Wifi capable VCI adapter that will be able to run on iOS next year for $100 for you guys with the older version. Just throwing it out there. If you are not interested disreguard this message I am planning on doing the wifi adapter so I can run the software on my iPad. Been waiting for that for a couple years now. I can send you the email if you wait. Just pm me your email.
