sync question

ive always been old school and just recently purchased a 2010 f150.now my question is has anyone tried or installed sync in a truck that didnt previously have it and what all was need to do so.

No. And I don't see why anyone would want to. It's okay, but there are so many aftermarket options that are better HU wise. The Canadian version of Sync isn't as good as the American version either.
