What years and models used those splash guards? I don't remember ever seeing them. I don't have them for my F4, but the PO removed the front fenders before I bought the truck so he may have removed them.

I believe all BonusBuilts had them, p/n's 16022 and 16023, but they were discontinued according to my Parts CD, and they give no fitment info. Maybe NumberDummy?
Thanks Ross, I will look tomorrow to see if there are any holes where they might have been mounted. If mine had them, the PO removed them and I didn't get them with the truck.

I looked at my truck and there are no holes where the splash shields would have been installed. My running boards have a top panel that actually bolts to the side of the frame completely covering the bottom of the cab outside of the frame. Maybe the splash shields weren't used with the earlier running boards.

Yup , have 6 sets here . Most are media blasted & epoxy primed just waiting for a new owner to paint them & install .Have some nasty rusted pairs here also . Both '48-51 LS & RS were straight on the inside edge as the '52 RS has a more curved inside edge . Do not know why this was the case .
This is what I have & think are the applications .Rusty guards . RS are '48-'52 F-2 & up truck .TL is a '52 F-1 RS . BL is a '51 RS.
Top row primed guards 3 on right are '51 -'52 LS . One on left is a '48-'52 F-2 & up truck LS . Bottom row 2 on R are '52 F-1 RS . 3 on R are '48-'52 F-2 & up truck RS. I believe the guards w/ the straight mounting flange on top are off the larger trucks as I can specifically remember taking that style off a '49 F-5 stake bed . One would think the heavier mounting flanged guards would be off a big truck but not the case .. Any other thoughts on these are welcome . So what am I now the "slash guard pro ? "
