is there any way to convert a 1987 to just a 1987 ford pick up without all the smog stuff
with out the little computer box just a plane raw engin like a normal V8 without all the extra stuff

You will need a Delorean with the flux capacitor option. Set the date anytime before 1985 and bring the speed up to precisely 87 mph. Better make that before 1983 so you can avoid those pesky electronic controlled carburetors.

A carb and a Duraspark II could be easily done if the current truck has a manual or C6/AOD transmission. If it has an E4OD then it becomes a much bigger swap because the same engine computer also controls the transmission.
If the current vehicle is running well then why go through this exercise to downgrade?
