i have a 2005 f250 6.0 that got diagnosed (not by me) that needed a new stc fitting and a rear cover because it was cracked. When i had it all apart i replaced the pump and o-rings and gaskets. I put it all together started cranking it and after a while it started right up ran great. Shut it down went to lunch came back started it again and still ran great. Brought it outside to run for a while had it idling for probably half hour give or take. Went to take it for a ride, got to a stop sign, stopped and took off and than it just died. No noises no smoke when trying to restart it. Ficm is at 48v icp was 0psi when i was looking at the scanner and ipr at 85%. i unplugged the icp than the ipr went to 45%. while cranking the guage on the dash moves up. am i still looking for a high pressure leak? not sure on exactly what the % needs to be for ipr while cranking or anything like that, but i do know that the icp needs around 500psi. All i know about this truck is that it didnt start before i did all of this.
Do you have power to it? I had a 97 7.3 run me in circles for a bit, it said it was driving the IPR but the driver in the computer was fried. Have you physically verified oil pressure on the rails?
