Need some help again............

Well after 4 years of ownership my ford finally let me down. About a month ago it started acting up. It shut off on me while driving so I coasted into a parking lot and cranked it for about 5 minutes or so then it started. It ran great until the other day when it did the same thing, i coasted off the side of the road and this time it started right back up again. Yesterday i had stopped at the store, shut the truck off, was in the store for about 15 minutes, came out and it wouldnt start. So again I cranked it for about 3 to 5 minutes and it started. Ran fine the rest of the day. Started great this morning. Ran to autozone today, it shut off on me again and started right back up again. Went into the store came out and it wouldnt start at all this time after cranking for about a half hour. So i changed the CPS-got it from Napa. Still no start. Had it towed to a friends garage, scanned it for codes and got nothing. While we were scanning he was cranking it and it fired up. Drove it home shut it off for about a minute or two, and again no start. So I left it sit for a half hour or so went out and it started right up again. Thats where im at now but im afraid to drive it anywhere now. Any ideas on what could be going on?

P.S. My friend said his scanner said the ICP pressure was low then when he was cranking it the pressure was building up and when it started he said the pressure was around 580? Sorry about the long post just wanted to state all the details.

I have a gauge mounted in place of the schrader valve, while the engine is cranking it builds fuel pressure.

I will change the IPR o-rings on friday. I hope its not the injector o-rings, I just had the stage 1 rebuild done 2 months ago so they are pretty new.
