Front shocks will work fine, but may be a little long if the Ex has the original springs. Rear Ex shocks have a bar pin mount at the top, so the truck shocks won't work as-is.
For a short while I ran the OEM Rancho FX/4 shocks from the Super Duty that my gifted springs came from. Since the EX needs the top mount T bars for the rear shocks and the pickups use the standard through bolts I made them work by flattening the ends of some 5/8" structural steel tube I had on hand. But you should be able to drive/press the EX T bars out and then drive/press them into the truck shocks if you do use them.
These are the custom one off (well, 2 off I guess ) hand fabricated signature series WE3ZS limited edition super EXclusive T bars I made.

With that said, my plan is to purchase new Icon T pins in case I screw up mine. Thanks
