what fuel pressure do you have at idle and WOT? it has a bit of injector knock and starving for fuel can make injectors louder

Also with that many miles you might want to check armature clearance

Oh and I listened to your video, had to hold the phone up to my ear because theres a lot of background noise where I am right now and I didnt hear anything out of the ordinary...?

I will say that I do get a more pronounced choppy idle after i throw a CEL for the hpop after "lettin-her-have-it" in my highest tune, the truck will continue to run choppy until I shut it off then start it up again. When I agreed with Frank above that would be with the truck in the "stock" setting..
