Surging idle

Surging idle
We got an idle that surges moderately once the truck is fully warmed up. We're not sure how old the injectors are, cold starts good, warm starts good, but the idle does surge once it's fully warmed up, any ideas?
1997 7.3 with 300,000 miles on it, ZF 5
