4.6 stalling problem

4.6 stalling problem

Ok so this thing just had the motor replaced and it keeps stalling when I come to a stop, or when I slow down and turn. It also chugs a little when I accelerate. The motor came out of a Lincoln Town car if this helps.

Any advice appreciated!

Year?
Did you swap the entire motor or did you move parts from the old one to the new one?
Have you tried taking off and cleaning the IAC valve?

We had to move some parts to the new motor. The car is an 04 I believe the motor is a 00. I will try cleaning the IAC valve today. Thanks!
