LOL, and some things are not correct on the build and price either. Like if you add the camper/plow combo package, it forces you to add the chrome package. This is a system error. I told their chat about it and they agreed but the false conflict remains. Just like, since 1999 you couldn't add both the plow prep and the camper package to the same build. You could in fact order both options on the same truck but build and price wouldn't allow it...
I didn't see it in the comments here, but I wouldn't be worried about the $1000 deposit. Doesn't matter that you signed the sheet. If you cancel your order flat out, they should give you the $1000 back. Non-refundable deposits aren't normal.
You may have signed the order, but it's not what you wanted or asked for. There's a lot of crap on that sheet to cover. I'd have them re-submit the order and ask for a priority 1 so it gets built quickly. They'll have no problem selling whatever your last build was.
Jim, I figured out one of your conflicts. HD front suspension, camper pkg, or the plow prep pkg is required with 3.55's if you get 18" wheels. If you get 20's it is not required.

I just went through the build process on the Ford site for a F-350 CCLB 6.7 Lariat Ultimate.
A: I can't find the camper package. I wouldn't have minded having the rear sway bar.
B: I don't have the option to select 20" tires? It's not showing up. I suspect I needed to pick some package to get that option but I haven't had enough coffee to make it obvious.
C: If I select the 3.55 axle it then forces the HD front suspension (as Rob said above). I would very much prefer to avoid making the suspension any stiffer than it already is.
Maybe having the dealer do the gears is a better solution.
There are two options for 20" wheels. One makes you chose a different package upgrade and the other is just the 20" wheels. Check it out

I don't know if this has been answered. Go down and order the 3.55 axle. The camper package will automagically appear back near the top of the section. You will have to agree to the HD front end package to accept the 3.55 gears but the Camper Package will supersede the HD when you go back to check it off.
Your best bet is to printout the latest order guide and work with that to determine your wants and needs, and then go to the dealer with notes and highlighter already done. Between the two of you and the Ford based order computer you should get what you want. I advocated taking the order home and review and compare your notes against the order one last time before letting the dealer put the order in play.
This is the latest guide I have.
The dealer quoted changing the gears in their shop at $1500 to $2000. That's more than I expected. I'm leaning towards bailing on this order and starting over. The dealer is supposed to call me Monday.
Well don't get too excited here, the 3:31's and 3:55's have the same towing capacity. Crewcab 4X4 diseal is 17,000lbs and the 4X2 is 18,000 for the same ratios.

This is very helpful. I ordered a Lariat F-350 two weeks ago.
The Canadian F-350's seem to have different options compared to the US.
I had originally ordered the FX4 with plus sized tires on 18" rims and a 3.31 because I did not want the HD suspension (no camper option in Canada at least from the website). I tend to drive 55-60 mph when towing which may result in rpm's below optimal for a 3.31.
After reading this thread I sent an email to the dealer to see if we can switch for the 3.55 with HD for an extra $100.
Is a 3.31 likely to impact resale value?
Up to what point can you change your order before it is "locked in".
