F100 Rust problems cabin
Once you've cut all the way through everywhere you can then remove the glass. The stainless steel trim around the windshield has to come out with the glass since it sort of wraps behind it where it is embedded into the rubber.
The roof is attached to the cabin with a combination of an asbestos based putty sealant and spot welded together inside. If you have a headliner in you won't see the spot welds.
You'll need to first remove any traces of rust and old loose sealant. The sealant can be carefully picked out. But, the rust is a bear. It's best to sandblast or sodablast any rust first to remove it. You'd also probably want to take a look above the headliner to see how far progressed this is inside. Removing rust outside might not be a permanent cure if the inside will rust back out. Humid environments and ones with large temperature fluctuations are often worse since the area above the headliner inside can actually sweat in those conditions, especially if the truck sits outside a lot.
You could also try grinding it out, rather than blasting, but grinding can't get into some of the crevices very well. Either way you'll have to mess up your nice paint job first before it would get better.
There is also chemical ways to neutralize the rust but getting them into that crevice around the roofline and cleaning it back out again would be problematic. Any residual chemicals would destroy the new paint and primer once applied.
Before you prime and paint you'll want to get some sealer back into that area around the roofline, too.
The only reason I mention removing the back window is because it looks like your weatherstrip needs to be replaced. Water can seep in through the cracks in the rubber if they get bad enough.

I dont know where to cut the windshielt rubber , there is the steelrim.
Should i cut and remove the steelrim or can i use it again ?
Where can i get the weatherstrip's ?
Don't cut the stainless steel pieces. They are totally reusable. There are 8 pieces all together if you count the 4 small pieces that cover each of the joints between the other 4 large pieces. They are not reproduced and I see used ones asking for $250-300 for them. Try not to bend them - they are tough to bend so just some caution.
You have to cut the rubber around the outside of the trim. Cutting on the inside of the trim might also work if you tried to take just the glass and not the trim, but I've found around the outer edge works well.
Here's a drawing of the sheetmetal parts of the cab. I've never removed the roof but know of some people who have and it is not impossible at all.

F100 ?
I think i will try it with chemical stuff. Its not much rust to remove the roof.
Do i need the Stripping kit with Groove for Chrome ? or without ?

I cannot figure out why they are calling it chrome... it is in actually Stainless Steel and can be cleaned up and reused.
PDF's can be purchased for the parts catalogs... http://www.fordmanuals.com/estore/sc...idCategory=132 , I would also suggest buying a paper copy of the shop manual to have.
