Anyone have a current parts list for OEM rear sway bar addition? There’s a couple different variants of parts lists here (variations in nuts/bolts, mainly) and the couple counter guys I’ve spoken with can’t confirm what/which lists make up the current complete and accurate list.
Why fight it...just order the Hellwig (one part number) and be done w/ it.
You can buy the bar from many retailers (or direct).
Getting way to difficultnto give Foed my money for this; wish they could make ensuring I get the right OEM parts easier. So, I may just go with Hellwig and buy the Ford brackets. Bet I could call Hellwig and they’ll know exactly what I need.
just order it from Hellwig - the kit is complete, one part number, all inclusive.
I went with the "big wig" 7320 adjustable bar from hellwig - its much thicker than the ford version....AND it permits adjustments to stiffen or loosen up the handling.
Decided to go with Hellwig. Have a F-250 with high capacity towing package and it’s equipped with the F-350 rear End (Dana axle). Anyone know if I need to search for the F-350 Hellwig since it has the same axle? Wasn’t sure if the shape of the sway bar was different for each of the axle options.

I doubt it will make any difference, but I would order the F-350 kit if I were you. The frames are the same, so the only difference would be axle mounts.
PS: I search high and low but couldn't find my parts list from Ford, sorry!

Same bar for the 250/350.
I am f350 (SRW) so you'll be safe using the same bar as I am (7320 bigwig adjustable)
If youre still in doubt - I'd call Hellwig. I had occasion to speak w/ them and they were VERY helpful & accommodating.
selling my bigwig rear sway bar off my 2017 F350 gas SRW if anyone is interested. Local pick up in the Detriot Mi area.
Its a #7294 which was stated would fit my truck but didnt come with the mounting brackets. I called hellwig and they sent out the mounting brackets and new end links so that it is like the #7320.Only had on truck for 6 months. Looking for $275. local pickup only. Dont want to ship.

I will ask...why are you selling it? I would take it off your hands were you a bit closer to S Texas.
I'm curious too. I'd take it from you as well if I was closer. I have been eying the sway bar mod for my F-250. I was surprised how much airbags actually settled down body roll through so its fallen in my priority list somewhat.
I dont tow my trailer with my truck, so I removed the sway bar and my air bags, leveled my truck and put on 37" tires. Parts just sit in my rafters now.

I don't tow anything either.... I installed the bigwig to take the sway / twist out when NOT towing....truck handles much better (sports car-ish you might say).

Same here. If you didn't swap out the front OEM swaybar for a Big Wig, I highly recommend you do so. I did the front swap before adding the Big Wig in the rear, and it felt like the front bar made the bigger improvement in cornering.
