Thank you!!! I’ve vascillated on OEM vs Hellwig and started buying OEM parts. It’s been a difficult process, even with the info here. Have received incorrect parts and missing parts from order.
After a year of use, my Hellwig rear bar is making a terrible racket at the top of the end links near the frame. I don't know if it's the end links, the tabs that go into the frame, or what. But it's really bad now on both sides.
Those of you who use the factory upper mounts - which parts do I need?
I know that Hellwig has a lifetime warranty, I'm going to start with a call on Monday.

OEM sway bar Brackets: HC3Z-5L499-A, Bolts: W500644-S439 & Nuts: W717462-S439
You'll need 2 brackets and 4 each of the nuts and bolts. Check the quantity when ordering because the part numbers I listed above for nuts/bolts may be 4-per-package.

THank you very much. I love the bar but the clunking is hard to take on a $60k truck.
It's actually that tab hanging from the frame rail. It's shifting up and down. The bolt holding it in there is at 60lbft and I don't want to go any further. If the bolt wasn't smaller than the hole it's in, the shifting would stop.

Your issue is making me glad I used the OEM frame brackets. BTW, the OEM brackets have a small tab at the bottom that will point outboard once installed, and I snipped (using a grinder) them off so they wouldn't make contact with the Hellwig Big Wig drop-links.

Have not compared this list to previous posted here, but just installed the rear sway bar and these parts all worked perfectly on my 2017 F-250 with high capacity towing package.
Thanks to all here who helped with clarifying parts needed. Hope this helps others with the same.

I checked mine, theres no sign of any movement, no rubbing along the frame in any direction.

wonder if I got a dud or something. Not much sign of problem on mine, but when you put a jack under the end of the bar where the link is, it makes a huge pop and shifts upward. Maybe it’s the camper load. No idea. Mine sucks.
Anyone adjust the link to other than parallel ? Just curious .
Had to cut/weld my drop-link tubes and shorten them in order to make my bar parallel to the ground. In their shortest position as provided by Hellwig, the front of the swaybar pointed downward because I swapped out my OEM lift blocks for shorter Ford blocks (reverse level). Parallel to the ground is the desired orientation.

I'll stick with parallel . I haven't really driven truck since install and not really sure if I'll notice any difference , but I'll know it's there !!!!! Thanks for the reply .
