6.0 starting issues

2006 6.0 won't turn over. Recent work has been #4 and #8 injector, oil cooler, egr delete. Ficm is showing 47, pulled the icp and truck still won't start. Getting fuel to the filter and oil to the filter. It did crank up and run for awhile yesterday and ran absolutely perfect. When I cycle the key you can hear the injectors buzzing and the fuel pump. There are three egr codes that I'm only assuming are on due to the egr delete and one for the glow plug control mod to pcm. I live in fl and the temp is 70 degrees. Please tell me your thoughts on this. I'm also reading oil pressure on the gauge so I'm assuming the lpop is good. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

How many PSI are you building while cranking?

Will turn over but no start. Don't know psi.

You need to know HPOP psi

Kinda sounds electrical since it intermittened

you can take a chance and pull the IPR see if the screen blown out and stuff a screwdriver in it

you just did an oil cooler so that's common to trash an IPR soon after
