2006 6.0 No Start

Just replaced injector 4, oil cooler and did egr delete. Ficm is at 48 and truck will not kick over. New batteries installed. Really need some help here.

Until I ran the new batteries down. Truck had no prior issues of starting until I replaced those parts

We'll is there oil pumping into the oil filter house

I'm guessing the IPR is trashed but oil filter needs verify

Filling oil through oil filter housing helps startup to happen faster, after doing oil cooler. And you have air in your oil rail from doing the injector. Keep battery charged and keep cranking in short bursts. Startup for me is always the attempt after the oil pressure gauge perks up midway.

Have not verified oil in filter house

P0683 Glow Plug Control Module to PCM Communication Circuit
P0282 Cylinder 8 Injector Circuit Low
401 and 405 are egr deleate



FICM might be toasted from all the cranking
you should pull its relay until theres oil press


its getting colder GP would help but should pop off I imagine without still it not that cold here anyways

Ever had p0282 until replacement of #4. Does this mean 8 is bad?

Check the connector both ends


Open coils produce low current which sets the injector circuit low codes (ie. P0261, P0264, ... , P0282).
