Help- 6.0 No Start

Hello everyone, I have an 05 f250 with a 6.0. I had put an egr cooler delete kit in it,new belts and rad.hoses. I started it up and it ran fine, was letting it run for few minutes and noticed top fuel filter cap was cracked and leaking,so i shut truck off and replaced cap from my own personal truck and put it in and tried to start it and it would not start. It cranks and does not kick over, i plug in my genysis and of course i have my two egr codes because it was removed, so i temporary connect the old egr valve and cleared codes and tried to restart, I had changed fuel filters in my own truck numerous times and never came across this problem, the only thing i noticed is my icp pressure reading wont go past 180 psi, and i have an rpm reading on my scanner about 220 rpm, what gives?

possibly a HPO leak or bad IPR.

Do you think bad hpo pump? I didn't touch anything on top of oil cooler just removed housing for oil filter, any other readings i can check on the data list of my scanner? I had to sit there awhile and crank while i monitored icp reading.

If you unplug the ICP sensor connector the PCM will see a default number and the engine will start if the sensor is no good. If the engine will not start it is a good indication of a HP oil system leak or worn out pump.

Thanks for input everyone, was wondering if I can check hp oil system for leak before i condemn pump, really odd that truck was running fine, all i did was shut truck off to change fuel filter cap, and then it did not start, but maybe could be result of me disassembling oil filter housing to remove intake when i did egr cooler delete? anyway, i was wondering if i can induce air pressure into where icp goes and listen for air leak, maybe disable ipr somehow? to keep it closed to maintain pressure in hp oil system? while testing for leaks?

I describe the air pressure test in the "no-start" thread in the Tech Folder.
