broken front axel
the passenger side front axel in my 85 brnc2 snaped where the secondary axle meets the stub shaft.The ears on the secondary shaft where the u joint goes into broke off.Has any body else had this happen.

It happens. Usually because the tires are to big or you had them spinning really fast and then got traction............. Usually takes some abuse but it is an easy fix. All ya have to do is get a different one and swap it out. I am very hard on my axles and my tires are larger then stock so you really must have done something to break it. LOL
