The engine won't turn or it won't fire up?

I should of explained better. It does turn over, have to give it gas and keep foot on pedal; anywhere from 1 to 5/10 min depending on outside temp. the colder the longer. Have no problems with it in warmer/hot Temps

How many miles on it and at what mileage were the spark plugs last changed?

183k purchased 2010 w/140k not sure when or if plugs changed. replaced alternator and starter have added injector and engine treatment

My navigator had 150K on it when I experience the same problem as you. As it turns out the previous owner never changed the spark plugs at 100K making them 50K overdue. I changed the plugs and it has started and run like a champ ever since, no matter how cold out it was. I have a thread on it somewhere around here, I'll look for it.
