Loose Wire?

I have owned the truck for 6 months and notices this loose wire today. Does anyone know where this goes and if it is important. my truck is a 2000 f350. Sorry if the image is tilted.

I figured it out, it was my under hood light. Man I hate when people are lazy, I had the hood painted and the losers didn't put in back.
