This switch is hard to find, especially when you don't have the Ford part number and know what else it fits.

C0DF-11654-C .. Head Lamp Switch / Obsolete

Applications: 1960 F100/600 & Falcon/Comet.

B & L FORD in Ashland PA has 1 = 570-875-4417.

NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has 1 = 913-220-5746.

OBSOLETE RELIABLE PARTS in Nashville GA has 2 = 229-686-5101.

NumberDummy you are awsome but I thank you misread his post. Can not find the switch on the truck I believe he meant. If he posted all the truck info looks like you could post prints of that also. My answer would be on the brake pedal. If it is not there I saw one on the hydraulic side on something before. 1960 Ford? Thank outside the box.

Nothing on master cylinder. No switch of any kind on pedal. Baffled.Tail lights and headlights work No brake, turn, or hazards.

I guess it will be a hydraulic switch somewhere on brake pipe. Coincidentally or not the lights problem arose when the Master cylinder started leaking. We shall try again tomorrow.

So in post #2, the Big Dummy lists the headlight switch (sigh)

Here's the brake light switch, applications and pic of its location:

C1AZ-13480-A (replaced 0A-13480) .. Brake Light Switch (Motorcraft SW-24) / Available from Ford & auto parts stores.

Applications: Myriad 1940/66 FoMoCo vehicles, except trucks with air brakes.

Switch shown as 13480 in upper pic from 1957/63 truck catalog. It's pressure operated by stepping on the pedal, it's notorious for getting gummed up.

Sweet diagram. Thanks. Obviously in past 56 years the switch changed location. Most folks deer hunt in the fall, I will switch hunt along the pipe.

Look on inside of frame rail just aft of the brake booster (which is outside). On my '63 F-850 there's a junction of hydraulic lines and the switch sits there fairly obviously.

That is where she is. I took the two wires off and joined them, no brake light. Took my mower battery and jumpers to the wires and she lit up...now just figuring(guessing) my next move

Pic: 1957/62 F500/600 with Midland-Ross model C-462-C 10" diameter Hydro-Vac P/B booster mounted on the frame rail.

13480 is the switch.
