My rear axle wraps real bad when I get on it hard. I need to build some ladder bars. I'd say you are having the same issue.

Also check the slip yoke. Those splines may need greased a bit.

Check the ring and pinion thoroughly...again... or you have horrible u joint bind but your at rest pinion angle
would be radically bad..

You need to check your springs real good then. You shouldn't have too much upward pinion angle. You need to figure out why that is before you put in shims or move the perches. Something is wrong somewhere.

I believe a lot of the upward pinion angle comes from I have 05 axles only ujoint that had been replaced in the rear was the very rear one in 216,000 but all where tight and good shape the middle one had I mean a touch of play I went ahead and ordered all new spicer life series ujoints and a brand new carrier bearing all vibrations are gone thank goodness but I ordered shims and I'm gonna try to get a set of 05 rear leaf springs to but wow driveline has so little of play now

Well I picked up a 07 f250 frame and complete running gear so looks like I've got a new set of rear leafs for my pinion shims that came in
