leveling kit
Hello all,
I have a 1998 f250 ld 4.6l 4x4 about 135750 for miles.
I was wondering if anyone knows what would be the best if any leveling kit.
I don't want to spend on a suspension kit just want a little more clearance.
If there was a post on this already I am sorry please point me to it.
Please help
thanks

I assume your truck has torsion bars in the front like the F150.. This is the front end "spring". It is loaded with a cam and adjusting screw on the back end of the bar, under the drivers and passenger seat area ( under the truck). You screw the adjusting screw all the way in and the truck will set maybe an inch higher in the front end. You may need some realignment of the front end after this... maybe not. If the back end is settling, you may need new leaf springs, or just put a 2 inch spacer block and longer U bolts on each side.
