Raising front end

Is there any way to raise the front end on the f150? My dad complains about the front end getting raised like u can a 2500 silverado. He doesn't want a leveling kit. I just wanna know if there is a away to crank it u like with the sway bar or something. It only needs 1/2 in or 1 in.

Nope there isn't any torsion bars to crank up like there was on the 97-03 F150s. The 1/2 ton Chebbys had them up to 2006.
There are only 2 options that I know of. There are spacers that go on top of the struts, or there are Bilstein 5100 or Rancho leveling shocks.

leveling kit is the cheaper of the options. $100 at suspensionconnection . com. Very easy to install. Should take less than 2 hours for someone that has never done it before.

1/2" to 1" could also be accomplished with bigger tires... Shouldn't rub with that small of an increase. But I am an advocate of the leveling kits. Cheap, easy, fairly rugged (depending on material) and does not compromise ride quality.
