Custom Tunes

Long time lurker and first time poster in this section. I have a '13 CC with the 6.7 in it and this past weekend I finally got around to installing a 4" race pipe and tunes that I purchased from Rudy's. Anyways my question is for the masses that are also running his tunes. I installed the "street" tune and took it for a drive. First thing I noticed was that the trans shifted from 1st to second at 2k rpm which is not a big deal, however from 2nd to 3rd it had a horrible flare from 1800-2300rpm. I also noticed a lot of blue smoke when cold. By a lot I mean think of a fogger. Has anyone had their tunes tweeked by Rudy's after purchasing them? Thanks guys

They aren't written "in-house." I believe they sub it out. That said, they should be able to get them adjusted for you. Assuming you got an SCT X4 correct?
