Yes, those guys. 
If you go to the Vendor forum you will see where Tony has quite a few threads for mirrors listed. Most of us go for the '08+ mirrors.
You want to look for the mirrors with the PTM caps (paint to match).

No, they are the '08+ style mirrors, but those ones have the textured caps.
These ones https://www.1aauto.com/ford-mirror-pair/i/1amrp00611 have both the chrome and smooth PTM caps.

Yes, I am recommending the 1aAuto mirrors, mine have been perfect for the past 4 years, plug and play with zero vibrations and no mirror distortion, virtually OEM quality.
There are cheaper alternatives on eBay, but I have read some mixed reviews on them, mostly distortion problems.

I see the model they have you can only paint the cap
the word is 03-07 model could be fully paintable does anyone know about this or a tow mirror square look that is fully paintable to fit the 01 x
