Just replaced the brake light switch because my parking brake light on the dash was not lit when the brake is engaged and I read that the switch tends to go out. I know the bulb is good because the light comes on when I turn the engine but it goes out when all of the other dash lights go out. The light was functioning fine before last summer. I am not having any other electrical issues and I have not done any mods. Any thoughts as to what else could be the issue?
