Cold weather prep questions.

So. Since I have no way of testing my glow plugs ATM. Should I just replace the relay and see if that does it? I mean Im gonna replace that either way. . . I guess Ill just order it all and if I dont need to put the plugs in right away Ill still have them on hand. Id kinda like to do injectors while Im in there but I dont have enough research done or the funds to purchase them right now.
Im gonna go ahead and get the plugs from Clay so I know what Im getting. Also just gonna go with his OEM relay.
