One of the things I am noticing is the Bosch pump runs for about 20 seconds to build pressure when I turn the key. I never heard the OEM pump. From reading on the Internet it sounds normal, but I am not sure why I never heard the OEM pump in the past.
The truck runs and starts fine.

Glad you're back on the road!
There is a foam cushion between the pump and bracket. Maybe this install is less perfect than the original, or the cushion is damaged, leaving some metal to metal contact to transmit the noise.
The 20 second run at key over is normal. If it starts it gets power full time.

Thanks, I thought the run time was normal. I will have to check to see the position of the cushion.
