Automatic lights install?
Has anyone tried to install automatic headlights (like on my 05 F150 XLT)? I have a 2013 E150 and would like the same feature--I think it's one of the best features on my truck. Besides the headlamp switch, itself, what else would I need to harvest from the junk yard? The little red blinking light thing, of course, anything else? Is it possible? Is the harness prewired for it?

Here's the autolamps for a 2005 truck. As you can see it's incorporated into the body security module. I was afraid of that. Best case secnario you have to get the sensor and the proper switch and plug them in and then go to the Ford dealer and get programmed. Worst more probably scenario, this feature was never offered in your model and the body security module is not set up at all for it.
You would have to talk to a guy that deals with the programming at the dealer, he might know whether it's possible or not.
