I got my 55 F350 painted in 2018. I put new rubber in the rear window. I put new rubber in the wing vents. I did not replace the windshield. not the windshield rubber.

So my advice is to use new rubbers if possible.

Might try some ATP AT-205. It’s supposed to be great on rejuvenating rubber.
