Ahh I got confused with another thread where it's not starting at all. Yes if his is starting it's no longer the fuse, just change out #12 to get the OBD II port working, not sure what data the SCT livewire can show but it may help diagnose the issue.

Anyone have a thread handy for cleaning the EBP? can we just use MAP cleaner in a can from AutoZone or is there something specific we need?

Forgive my ignorance, what/where is the EBP and MAP sensor and associated tubing/nipple?

Truck shows one code: P0683

EBP sensor is connected to the thermostat housing, tube leads to the exhaust manifold. MAP sensor, passenger side firewall, rubber hose leads to the intake manifold.

Consider eBaying yourself a copy of the CD manual. Better than a Chilton's, a piping tab for the truck, covers every part and schematic. I think it was around $30. There's also an Android app called 6.0 Power Stroke, $5 on the play store, comes in handy for codes, some torque specs and general info and location stuff.

Wanted to give an update, since it had been a while…I got the truck up and running and everything good to go. Then started having issues with something draining the batteries and couldn't get reliable starts out of it. After some pressure from the wife about it, I took it to a dealership and was given a GOOD price as a trade in and upgraded to a 2008 Ford F250 XLT crew cab. It's completely stock, so as time goes, I'll update with upcoming mods to it. Thanks for all the help guys.
