Unverified trouble codes

I have codes and i have unverified codes. Or I had them and then i reset the computer. My truck went into limp mode and i had various tps and other sensor codes. I cleaned the throttle body and sensors and the codes went away but it's still on limp mode. Is it important to address every code even if it's listed as unverified? Also is it possible a truck can be stuck on limp mode? Should resetting the computer take it out of limp mode or is there a specific thing that has to be done? I'm getting incorrect gear ratio codes and I don't know if that's a real issue or a symptom of limp mode.

Clearing the codes will take it out of limp mode. All codes must be corrected or the problem will remain. Often there is a recommend order to attacking the codes, because sometimes a problem will set multiple codes, and fixing the right one first will save a lot of time.
