1992 f250 5.8 want to drop a 1996 5.8 in

So I have a 1992 F250 with the 5.8. The Engine is blown, how easy would it be to drop a roller cam 5.8 in? I really want to do this but im not sure how much work it is compared to just dropping in another flat tappet motor in. Any answers would be helpful I just need to know what to do with the computer and MAF system. Anything else I have to look out for??

Easy use all the sensors from the 92 on the 95 engine. Don't use any wiring from the donor vehicle.

Yes, it's the same motor except for the cam which even has the same firing order, the only thing you have to deal with is the distributor, use the one from the '92 motor but put a steel gear on it first.

Hey Conanski I am doing basically the same swap only going in a 91 and I was wondering if I could just take the gear off the 96 and put it on the 91 distributor.
