Surprised they built that on a 350 and not a 450 chassis.

Actually that is an F450. A 2011-2014.
Either that or a 2015 F350 with High Capacity Trailer Towing Package, ie:a 2011-2014 F450. Notice the wide track front axle.

Its not a 450 at all: It's a 350 with the wide track, which is what I mentioned. You can tell by the 17" rims instead of the 19.5" rims that come on the 450s.

The 2011-2014 F450 also had 17 inch 8 lug wheels. They did not return to the 19.5 inch 10 lug wheels until 2015 model year.

Good point...but did they use those same rims?
