Thanks. It has a 400 with a 4 speed, divorced t-case, Dana 60 axles, and a giant elk bumper on the front. Supposedly only 20k on the engine rebuild, and no blue smoke so I guess that's believable. Stuck in 4wd, but left front hub is stripped, so need to fix that stuff.
Any idea where the best place to get a new right front fender is? Other than pulling it off my other '77, which i could do. Thats the only body panel that's dented.

Cheapest is often the junkyard or maybe craigslist.
I have a pristine, oem fender (off my '74 crew - have both sides) for sale in the classifieds. Shipping is expensive due to the sheer size of the thing, but it can be sent to you for less than a new fender from LMC truck or similar. Plus the quality is better than you'd get from them as it's original steel.
I saw that truck on colorado's craigslist. Good thing I don't have a bigger garage, or I would have bought it first!! Nice job!! In Denver, I see good fenders and doors at the pull your own part junkyards often. It can be hit and miss, sometimes nothing, and sometimes "perfect" body parts. The going rate here is about $40. Keep your eyes out on craigslist too, I know there is a guy in monument parting out a truck with good fenders.
