‪P0171, P0174‬, ‪P2195, P2197‬ codes after cleaning throttle body

P0171 Bank 1 Combustion Too Lean
P0174 Bank 2 Combustion Too Lean
P2195 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean Bank 1 Sensor 1
P2197 Lack of H02S-21 Switching, Sensor Indicates Lean

I got these codes, coupled with rough/low idling (at about 500 rpm), on my 2004 F250 after cleaning the throttle body. Disconnecting the battery didn't solve the problem. The codes just came back on after a little while.

I used some Q-tips soaked with carburetor cleaner to clean the throttle body and plate after disconnecting the hose to the throttle body. This was recommended by my local mechanic to improve performance. But now something may be broken and I don't know how to fix it. Your help is much appreciated.

I googled and found that these codes normally associate with some vacuum leak. But I have checked the hose that I had disconnected for throttle cleaning to be secure. And I don't think I have bumped anything else. I read that I could spray carb cleaner around to look for vacuum leak, but there is a chance the carb cleaner could catch fire.

I also read that the truck computer may need some time to relearn the throttle position. I have been idling it for 20 minutes and driving it for over 40 miles now. The check engine light is still on. Not sure how long I have to drive it for the computer to relearn, if that is indeed the problem.

Or maybe I have inadvertently broken something? Maybe I have dislodged some gunt and now it got stuck somewhere? Or that some fragments of Q-tip cotton broken off without me knowing? Or that I opened the throttle plate with my fingers messed up the electronic mechanism for controlling the throttle plate?

Please give me some direction and suggestion
