After repeated caliper/pad swaps with persisting issue ,I think the problem was heat related (hoses expanding under heat).
Truck is 2007 F 350 SRW.
Replaced caliper's and pad's on three occasion's with no relief.
Finally replaced hoses, new rotor's,pad's,caliper's (power stop kit) and after four month's,no seizing/ grabbing caliper's.
Before replacing the hoses, the caliper and pad swap's only brought relief for a few week's.As mentioned, the problem seemed to be most prevelant at outside temp's above 90 degree's F.
I do not tow anything, and truck only has 54,000 actual miles.
Dorman brake hoses for my make model, were about fifty buck's for each side on the front where problem was experienced.
Powerstop rotor,caliper,pad,kit was about $350.00
Me think's I should have tried new hoses at previous attempt's to solve the issue.
Hope some of this help's someone maybe.
