Front clip update
Made some good progress today on the front end of the '50. The PO fitted the truck with fiberglass fenders so sticking with those I wanted to do something different. The upper and lower fenders have been bolted and bonded together and now I want to smooth out the complete front end. So the upper and lower radiator panels have been included in the bond. Then because I have relocated the radiator in front of the support I needed a method to be able to get at the radiator mounting for future maintenance. The grill panel was split into three and the left and right headlight panels are now bonded into the front end with the center grill going to become a removable panel. Some photos to show the plan -
